Where do we ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States, U.S. Territories, & Internationally. 

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We ship Monday – Friday.  

Arrival time is based on your shipping method. Shipping prices are based on customers’ address.

How long does it take to process an order?

We typically need 24-48 business hours to pack and ship your order.

My order has shipped. How long until it is delivered?

Immediately after your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information, which will allow you to see exactly when your order will be delivered. All orders that are under 15lbs will be Priority Mail and are sent via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 1-3 days in transit. Please note that these are estimated transit times, and do not include the time it takes to process and pack your order.   

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, you must return all unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, you may receive a refund more quickly. Please allow the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
